you used to be the reason, for my smile.

had tutorials from 9-12 today. 2hrs business law and then 2hrs Efma. after that off to Kranji War Memorial. went there for NE Project. got to write some reflections after visiting there and submit as a report.. sounds weird cos its already tertiary education at this stage and yet still got to take modules like National Education. lol.

decided long time ago to visit the Kranji War Memorial instead of the Civilian War Memorial at Raffles. Came to know that it was actually a cemetry just 1-2hrs before setting off this afternoon.. im so hardworking. lol. ok me and jiajia were like the only 2 to hesitate among the 6 of us cos both of us were like.. scared? lol. anyway still went ahead with it cos theres more things to see there.

reached there.. saw the long walk in all of us were like sian 1/2. lol. walk walk walk and took pictures along the way, to PROVE we are there. lol. along the way saw some ppl walking out. haha all of us were like wa got ppl also crazy like us go visit the memorial for nothing. lol. walk nearer.. and saw they are actually also from nyp, from the same school, from other NE classes, and ALSO doing the same project as us. lol. so funny la. said hi bye and off continued walking..

walk in saw somemore alot ppl.. 2 groups of them.. haha one look is "HEY nyp de!!" lols.. took photos again for prove and we went in.. amazing to find other class ppl going the same "outing" as us on the same day and around the same time.. haha.

Kranji War Memorial. quiet and nice. peaceful is the right word i guess.. went in there and the feeling was absolutely different. different from how i felt in school earlier.. lots of tombstones that were all nicely and neatly arranged.. clean.. and the feeling was. solemn. most of them were British soldiers who fought & died during the World War 2. on every tombstones were their names, the date they died and their age. Along the way noticed that there were soldiers aged as young as 17 or 18. At their age they left their countries to fight, to protect the country we are living in now.. peacefully. Without these soldiers who fought for us.. what will become of us now? Will we still be suffering?

maybe if i stayed on longer i would have EMOed. haha. seeing the number of tombstones, how they died.. just makes me feel.. sad? i cant find the word. seems like its the closest word i have in my mini brain now. lol.

ok left kranji around 4pm.. took bus to woodlands causeway point.. first thing went to queue munchy donut. lol. pan tu ar. haha. bought 12.. 4 taken by sheena jingxuan jiajia mt.. the rest take home. haha. hmm. not bad. but still prefer df de. lol. cos it smells better ba..

ending off soon.. want to thank an nie goh.. for accompanying me home on the 161 bus. lol. so long no chat le.. since alumni band chalet. haha. miss you & cya soon! ask me out! lols. i dun mind going cp with you. hahahahaa.
